With experienced boom operating and on-set mixing, we make sure everything is captured with precision at the source, where the performance is happening.

We work with high-end Schoeps microphones and a Cantar Mini recorder. Our compact, mobile setup keeps us flexible on set, allowing us to move quickly and stay close to the action without getting in the way.

Maxim works as a First Assistant Director and set leader, creating calm, structure, and flow on set.

He makes sure the right shots can be made to
tell the story, while keeping an overview of planning, timing, and communication
between all departments.
His role is to reduce stress and bring clarity, so the creative process can stay focused and smooth.

Beyond coordination, he is a strong presence on set. A natural space holder who keeps an eye on the energy of the crew and makes sure everyone can do their work in a good and safe atmosphere.

Maxim also thinks creatively along with the director, always supporting the storytelling and the needs of the scene.
